Order processing times are separate from the shipping times and will vary depending on the product and region of destination.
All orders processed will receive an order confirmation email and an additional notification of processing shipment.
Due to the nature of supply during the COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping and production times may vary or be delayed.
US Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Timeless Soul is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
At this time we are unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
